Here is a woman who clams to be a radical feminist activist… well actually its really hard to choose where to begin, but what can be said is that she is not excepting of people who have a perverted sexual life. meaning pervert- “alter (something) from its original course, meaning, or state to a distortion or corruption of what was first intended.”- from mac dictionary. perverted sexual life meaning people who enjoy sex for other reasons then just having babies. this includes having sexual relations with bondage, having people watch, whipping, ect. She believes something must be wrong with any person who wishes to take part in such acts and considers them “white privileged problems”(ex Gails reasoning for magie mayhem enjoying the sexual life style she does.) Gail speaks in great generalizations then when questioned about specifics says things like oh yes of course there are always exceptions, or that’s not what the studies show.  My response is 1 just because she is a sociologist does not mean she has the right to stereo type and generalize. and 2 studies take a while to accumulate data, then decode and analyze the data, then explaining and sharing the data all take a long time. We live in a age where media and culture is changing every 6 months. These studies (if they exist) are probably out dated. Gail has exasperated her self so much from the porn culture and sexually perspicuous culture she is totally unaware of the sweeping changes happening  within it.
